To learn more, visit .Overview:We're looking for a hands-on Generative AI Lead to build, and scale enterprise-grade AI and LLM solutions. You’ll combine deep technical expertise with strategic vision, driving AI-powered automation, knowledge discovery, and intelligent product innovation.What You’ll Do:Design and deploy production-grade GenAI pipelines, agentic frameworks, and knowledge graph solutions.Build and optimize prompt orchestration, RAG pipelines, multi-agent workflows, and evaluation frameworks.Fine-tune LLMs using LoRA/QLoRA for domain-specific intelligence.Collaborate across product, engineering, and business teams, translating complex AI concepts into impactful solutions.Mentor team members and establish best practices in GenAI, ML, and knowledge engineering.What We’re Looking For:8-12 year of experience in Analytics, Data Science, with hands-on experience in Generative AI and advanced ML/NLP solutions.Strong programming proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries.Expertise in agentic application architectures, semantic/knowledge graphs, RAG pipelines, and multi-agentic frameworks.Experience designing and deploying AI-driven automation, intelligent workflows, and product enhancements.Familiarity with ETL, data cleaning, data imputation, and cloud AI/ML platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).Strong understanding of Deep Learning methods, ensemble methods, SVMs, and NLP techniques.Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.
