Job Title: Nutraceutical Customer ConsultantCompany: Gataca Labs LLP Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad (Near KBR Park) Experience: 1–2 Years Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹28,000 per month Shift: General Shift Joining: ImmediateAbout the RoleGataca is looking for a Nutraceutical Customer Consultant with a medical or life sciences background who can effectively communicate with customers and guide them in choosing the right nutraceutical products. The role involves educating customers about supplements, addressing their queries, and helping them make informed purchase decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer calls and inquiries regarding nutraceutical products.Explain product benefits, usage, and ingredients clearly to customers.Educate customers about supplements such as NMN, Apigenin, Creatine, and related health products.Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and convert leads into sales.Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth customer support and service.Required QualificationsMedical background is mandatory (B.Pharm / M.Pharm / BSc Life Sciences / Nutrition / Pharmacy or related field).Basic understanding of nutraceuticals, supplements, and health products.Excellent communication skills in English.Strong customer handling and convincing skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.ImportantPlease apply only if you are comfortable working from our Banjara Hills office (Near KBR Park), Hyderabad and are available to join immediately.
