Workshop Manager

Job Responsibilities:1. Responsible for the overall production planning and execution of the workshop, ensuring timely order delivery;2. Coordinate the work of various shifts, optimize production processes, and improve efficiency;3. Manage workshop personnel, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation;4. Supervise safe production practices and handle emergencies;5. Cooperate with quality engineers for quality control and improvementJob Requirements:1. Prior experience in production management or industrial engineering is preferred;2. At least 3 years of experience in workshop management within the manufacturing industry, with preference given to candidates familiar with small appliance assembly processes and those with experience in medical industry workshop management;3. Excellent organizational, coordination, communication and problem-solving skills;4. Familiarity with ERP systems or production management software is preferred;5. Strong sense of responsibility and able to work overtime or shift work.
