Job Description:

Roles & responsibilities:Responsible for data entry in TMS for picks ups & deliveries / appointment booking process / manifesting process / driver check-in process / interline process / responsible for data entry in WMS for receiving, stocking, shipping, replenishment and picking of merchandise / responsible for load planning and coordinating transload shipments.Communicate and coordinate with internal departments / communicating with carriers and team members.Obtain, evaluate, and handle all relevant information to resolve inquiries and complaints promptly.Update forms & reports / manage customers accounts.Scanning paperwork into our in-house system / filing paperwork.Preferred candidate profileGraduation is mandatory2 years' experience in a CSR role required - (International Voice Process - Mandatory)Experience and knowledge of customer service principles and practices.Proficient knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel; TMS and WMS systems.Looking for Immediate Joiners.Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Ability to meet urgent deadlines.Good analytical and mathematical skills. Strong organizational skills; attention to detail.
