This role manages the end-to-end transition process in GCC. The Consultant also identifies and documents transformation opportunities at GCC, ensuring successful delivery of transition projects and a continuous improvement mindset. Details on your work arrangement (including on-site and remote work) will be discussed at the time of your interview.How You’ll Succeed (responsibilities): Transition Management: Support comprehensive transition of resources based on transition scope and timelines. Execute detailed transition plans by effectively coordinating cross-functional activities, closely monitoring progress, and ensuring timely delivery of all key milestones. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and dependencies associated with transition activities to minimize disruptions and ensure a seamless handover. Serve as an escalation point for on local technology teams when it comes to transition related activities like onboarding, training, system resources etc.Stakeholder Engagement & Opportunity Identification: Engage with multiple stakeholders across vendors, business units, operations, technology, and support functions to ensure alignment on transition objectives. Serve as a central point of contact for information sharing, issue resolution, and change management during transitions.Reporting, Metrics & Benefit Tracking: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and trackers to provide regular updates on transition progress, milestones, risks, and issues. Track and report on key transition metrics, including training completion, project financials, and benefit realization. Analyze data to identify trends, variances, and areas requiring attention or escalation. Support benefit tracking by collecting and validating data related to cost savings, efficiency gains, and other transformation outcomes.Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement enhancements to transition management, reporting, and documentation processes. Support post-transition reviews and lessons learned sessions to drive continuous improvement for future transitions.Experience: 7+ years of experience Who You Are (skills/qualifications): Must Have Skills: Experience in business analysis, project or transition management within a large organization (7+ years). Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI). Experience with project financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and multi-tasking skills. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to facilitate meetings and workshops. Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Good to Have: Master’s or bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science or related field. Experience in the financial services sector or shared services/global capability centers. Familiarity with technology evaluation (Infra and software) and deployment processes.
