TCS present an excellent opportunity forObservability Engineer (Dynatrace) Job Location: Hyderabad Experience required: 4-6 yrsKey Responsibilities Implement and configureDynatrace APM, Infrastructure, Logs, RUM, and Synthetic Monitoringfor cloud and on‑prem environments Onboard and maintain monitoring for applications, servers, containers, and cloud services using observability best practices ConfigureDynatrace–ServiceNow integrationsfor: Event and alert forwarding Incident, problem, and change enablement CMDB population and relationship mapping Fine-tune alerting rules, anomaly detection, and tagging to reduce noise and improve actionability Create and maintain dashboards for operations, SRE, and business stakeholders Support root cause analysis usingDynatrace Davis AIand observability data (metrics, logs, traces, events) Collaborate with application, infrastructure, cloud, and ITSM teams to ensure effective monitoring coverage Provide operational support, documentation, and knowledge transferRequired Skills & Competencies Strong hands-on experience withDynatrace implementation and administration Solid understanding ofobservability concepts (MELT framework) Experience withServiceNow ITOMand Dynatrace integration (Events, Incidents, CMDB) Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and modern application architecture Familiarity with microservices, APIs, containers (Docker/Kubernetes) is preferred Ability to troubleshoot performance issues across applications, infrastructure, and network layers Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
