Job Title : Cluster LeadLocation: Hyderabad Only (Don't share profile from another location)Experience: 15+ YrsJob Description:Please Note: Basically, we need someone with support (AMS) background and experience in playing client facing role leading a support delivery for cluster/group/business function.Cluster Leads:- Cluster Leads are single point accountable for all services and all Applications in that Cluster - Cluster Leads to maintain “Critical application list” and “FOF list” and ensure we are meeting expectation on both based on services agreed in SOW - Accountable for Seamless delivery for designated Cluster covering all Metrics, SLA, KPIs - Daily Tracking on P1, P2 tickets along with AMs, MIM teams - Focus on near Zero-defect delivery - Ensure all Cognizant internal Processes (DE etc.) are followed as per timelines - Compliance to all Mandatory trainings – Self and by the team - Drive Customer Fortnightly Meetings with E2E accountability - First level handling of any Security Non-Compliance issues - First level accountability to ensure Vulnerability and Compliance SLAs are met - Handle Escalation at level 1 - Resourcing/Staffing for the cluster - All Associates from different practices should have Business Manger reporting to identified cluster lead - Accountable for managing CP at cluster level - Team Management – Career progression, Rotation, Address Attrition, Back up planning, Retention of Key resources - No addition of resources to cluster unless there is CR and explicit approval from Program Director and PDL.If interested please send me your updated resume to Pooja.Chakravarti2@
