Executive / Sr Executive - Analytical Capital SCM Formulations

Job SummaryMSN Laboratories, India’s fastest growing pharmaceutical company, is looking for an Executive/ Sr Executive to join the Supply Chain Management (Formulations) Department. This roleinvolves placing orders in SAP, collaborating with stakeholders, documentation, reviewinginvoices, and regular follow up for ensuring on-time delivery of materials.Job Duties:● Floating enquiries and getting quotation for Analytical instruments● Sourcing new instruments & suppliers from market● Communicating with vendors and users in plant to understand their requirements● Coordinating with user team & suppliers for technical meetings● Converting purchase requisitions (PR) into purchase orders (PO) in SAP● Preparing comparison documentation and taking approvals● EPCG license supporting documents submission to EXIM team● Handling import customs clearance activities● Regular follow up of materials to ensure on-time delivery● Regular follow up with suppliers and user teams for instrument installation● Reviewing invoices and forwarding them to the finance department.Requirements:● B Tech● With experience of 3 – 5 years● Knowledge of procurement is essential● Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Power point● Good communication skills● Ability to meet deadlines● Experience in handling procurement of Capital. Having experience in analytical instruments will be added advantage.
