Designed to detect, identify, and neutralize drones, Indrajaal provides a robust defense solution for military installations, critical infrastructure, and urban environments.About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic Program Lead to own the end-to-end delivery of the Mobility / Complex Electromechanical Systems product line. This role demands strong technical expertise in automotive design and fabrication, combined with disciplined project management and vendor coordination skills. The Project Leader will serve as the single point of contact for internal engineering teams and external vendors, ensuring seamless execution from design through fabrication, integration, testing, and deployment.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Ownership & Delivery- Lead the complete lifecycle of the Mobility / Complex Electromechanical Systems product line — design, fabrication, integration, testing, and deployment. - Drive version upgrades and ensure continuous improvement of the product line.Vendor & Stakeholder Management- Act as the single point of contact for external vendors and internal engineering teams. - Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and deliverables to ensure quality and timelines.Technical Oversight- Apply deep knowledge of automotive design, fabrication processes, and mechanical systems. - Oversee integration of mechanical and optional automotive electronics into the Electromechanical System platform.Planning & Quality Control- Develop and execute detailed project plans, ensuring milestones are met. - Implement rigorous quality control measures across fabrication and deployment stages.Execution Discipline- Coordinate cross-functional teams with precision and accountability. - Maintain a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and resolving project challenges.Qualifications & Skills- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field. - 6–10 years of experience in automotive design, fabrication, or mechanical systems. - Strong project management and vendor coordination skills. - Experience in quality control and version upgrade cycles. - Optional: Exposure to automotive electronics and integration. - Excellent communication, leadership, and execution discipline. - Willingness to travel occasionally for vendor coordination and deployment.Behavioral Traits- Accountability and ownership mindset. - Strong coordination and collaboration skills. - Attention to detail and operational rigor. - Hands-on problem-solving approach.
