Job: Business Head - HyderabadTEAM MANAGEMENT- Handling a Team of 20+ Team Members. - Ensuring that the team achieves their Targets. - Ensuring that the motivation and Attrition of the Team are well under control. - Identifying, developing, and retaining future leaders of the Organization.CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT- Developing and maintaining healthy relationships with the client. - Proposing Customized Integrated Marketing Solutions to Client’s Needs. - Speedy Resolution of Queries and grievances to maximize the satisfaction level of Clients. - REVENUE GENERATION from Existing Clients Achieving Annual Targets through Repeat Business from Existing Clients by proposing innovative and Contemporary Solutions. - Pitching and implementing projects with integrated Digital Ideas. - DELIVERY Ensure all events follow the appropriate client approval protocols. - STRATEGIC PLANNING with Directors to define the way forward of the organization.EXPERIENCE: 15+ years of experience in the Event IndustryEDUCATION: Preferably Diploma/Degree Holder from EMDI/Marketing MBA from a reputed institute.OTHER DESIRED ATTRIBUTES:- Excellent communication Skills Experience of Virtual events Knowledge of Events & Activations. - The Right Attitude and enthusiasm to excel Excellent Client Handling Skills. - Ability to cope with High-Stress Environment Innovative/ Market Researcher
