Through strategic partnerships and collaborative giving, we aim to strengthen organizations and the ecosystem that enables sustainable, inclusive development.Job Summary:The Programs Associate will play a key role in strengthening the foundation’s institutional backbone — by building robust systems for data, processes, and learning. This role is designed for someone who believes that good systems create clarity, accountability, and space for creativity and impact. The Associate will help design and maintain management information systems (MIS), streamline processes, and bring coherence to programmatic and financial data — enabling better strategic decisions and collaborative working. This role sits at the intersection of programs, operations, and strategy — requires field-level presence and desk-based rigour, ensuring that information flows meaningfully across all layers of the foundation’s work.Key Responsibilities:1. Systems Design & ImplementationDevelop, maintain, and improve MIS and data management tools that integrate programmatic, financial, and operational informationWork with program teams to design systems that are efficient yet flexible — capturing the nuances of diverse grants and partnershipsEnsure data integrity, consistency, and ease of access across teams2. Enabling Better Decision-MakingGenerate dashboards, trackers, and summaries that help leadership view the portfolio in a holistic, real-time mannerDraw insights from program and partner data to support learning, reflection, and strategic directionEnsure that systems serve the purpose of learning and improvement, not just compliance3. Process Strengthening & StandardizationHelp define and document internal workflows, templates, and review mechanisms to streamline operations at a partner level and at an institutional levelBalance the need for standardization with contextual flexibility for different programs and partnersContribute to building institutional memory by organizing and systematizing key documents, reports, and learnings4. Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with finance, programs, and operations teams to align data, analysis, and reporting systemsLiaise with external vendors, software developers, and consultants where necessary to ensure systems are user-friendly and responsiveSupport partners in improving their own data systems and reporting capabilities, where relevant5. Learning, Reflection & Institutional GrowthSynthesize trends and insights emerging from internal data and partner reportsContribute to quarterly and annual reviews, board presentations, and sectoral learning documentsParticipate actively in building an organization that values continuous learning, collaboration, and transparent communicationQualifications & Experience:Master’s degree in Management, Data Analytics, Public Policy, Development Studies, or related fields3–6 years of experience in program management, MIS development, monitoring & evaluation, orprocess designStrong analytical and systems-thinking orientation — ability to see the “big picture” through detailsExperience with Excel, data visualization, or MIS tools preferredStrong written and interpersonal communication skills, with comfort working across multiple functionsPersonal Attributes:Strong belief in the power of systems and structures to create fairness, transparency, and efficiencyA balance of analytical rigour and empathy in working with people and partnersFlexibility, patience, and curiosity to iterate and improve processes over timeCommitment to the foundation’s values of integrity, collaboration, and sectoral strengtheningApplication Process and Position to be filled by:Please submit your resume and cover letter to: humanresources@.
