For more information, please visit Position Overview:Works closely with the managers to ensure implementation and compliance of standard operating procedures. Enforces existing and new procedures and practices within the team that contribute to better functioning of the team. Monitoring and maintaining team metrics on quality, productivity and overall performance. Ensuring that feedback is provided regularly within the team, and from the team to other departments. Also at the same time, ensuring feedback is constructive and inspires team members to perform better.Roles & Responsibilities: As a Team Lead for Redeliveries, Positioning and MPS, you will:Ensure that the team has sufficient resources to provide coverage across all three teams.Ensure all three teams are cross-trained on each other’s workflows, as well as additional processes, to effectively utilize any idle time.Ensure that all communication pertaining to any of the three teams are done in a timely manner.Provide timely update to other teams on files/reports assigned to any of the three teams. Liaise with the SC team when redelivery reports need to be routed to other departments or ask for a targeted QC bulletin to be sent. Attend daily huddles and kick off calls and conduct or arrange targeted refresher training when required before any upcoming project.Hold one on one meetings at least once a month with each of the direct reports to discuss performance, goals, concerns, employee feedback and suggestions and how this aligns with the company’s value and bigger picture.Process internal and external feedback within the team and from the team to other departments/offices.Oversee overall compliance with standard operating procedures through random checks.Prepare and conduct performance reviews for direct reports.Participate in the recruitment and hiring of employees.Recognise and reward team member’s accomplishments through nominations for award like performance premium, Oscars etcWork on succession planning.**Candidates should be ready to work in Night shift (9PM to 6AM) and ready to work from our office location, Bellandur - Bangalore**
