Company Description The Shri Ram Academy, Hyderabad, established in 2017, is a prominent IB curriculum school and the first establishment of The Shri Legacy in South India. In continuation of this legacy. The school is centrally located in Hyderabad's Financial District on a 9-acre campus amidst green pastures and a serene lake view. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Early Years Programme (EYP) Facilitator located in Hyderabad. The EYP Facilitator will be responsible for implementing the EYP curriculum, creating engaging and age-appropriate learning activities, monitoring and assessing student progress, and maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment. The facilitator will also collaborate with colleagues and parents to support the overall development of the students. Qualifications Experience in Early Years education and child development Proficiency in implementing age-appropriate curriculum and activities Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with children, parents, and colleagues Ability to create and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment Relevant educational qualifications such as a degree in Early Childhood Education or related field Passion for teaching and nurturing young minds Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
