Roles & Responsibilities: • Leading a team of facade engineers and technicians to ensure successful completion of projects. • Overseeing the design, development, and implementation of facade systems. • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations for facade construction and maintenance. • Collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop innovative and cost-effective facade solutions. • Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet client expectations. • Providing technical guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle. • Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of facade installations. • Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction. • Identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that arise during the project. • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in facade technology. Desired Candidate Profile: • Education: Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree preferred. • Qualifications: Relevant certifications • Industry of Work Experience: 5+ years of experience • Language Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • Technical and Hard Skills: Strong understanding of AutoCAD; experience with REVIT is highly desirable • Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Personal Qualities : Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and manage competing priorities, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
