Job Title : Quality Team Lead Location : Hyderabad Job Summary The Quality Lead for Mapping Operations will oversee a team responsible for quality checks of map data. The ideal candidate should have strong understanding of mapping data quality frameworks, processes and standards. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Quality analysts to achieve operational goals. Identify data quality challenges and proactively mitigate the issues. Implement data quality policy and validation rules. Monitor day-to-day activities of Quality analysts to ensure adherence to SLAs, quality metrics, and client guidelines. Track team performance using data quality KPIs and provide actionable feedback to team members. Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data related to quality control processes, utilizing tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Generate comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Identify and address quality issues promptly. Identify and recommend improvements to quality control processes. Implement corrective and preventive actions. Collaborate with the Process Excellence and data creation teams to implement best quality practices in mapping operations. Provide regular updates to Quality Manager on team performance and process improvements. Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards, regulations, and industry best practices. Qualifications Education Any Graduate. Additional certifications in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma) are desirable. Experience 5+ years of experience in quality control management. Proven track record of delivering high-quality results. At least 1 year of experience in Quality supervisory role or 2 years of experience in Quality Analyst role. Skills Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools. Strong communication and reporting skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
