Job Title: SuccessFactors EC & ECP Consultant **(Looking for someone who can join in 30days) Experience: 5+yrs Location: Hyderabad Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on implementation and support experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP , including configuration, integration, and troubleshooting. You will work closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to optimize HR and payroll processes using SuccessFactors solutions. Key Responsibilities: Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) to meet business needs. Perform system configuration, testing, and deployment for new enhancements and payroll functionalities. Manage integrations between SuccessFactors EC, ECP, and third-party systems (SAP ERP, Finance, Time Management, Benefits, etc.). Support business users by troubleshooting issues, resolving payroll discrepancies, and ensuring data accuracy. Assist in data migration, validation, and governance for EC and ECP modules. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and IT, to streamline HR and payroll processes. Provide ongoing support and system enhancements, ensuring compliance with local and global payroll regulations. Conduct training sessions and develop documentation for end-users. Stay updated with SAP SuccessFactors best practices, new releases, and payroll compliance requirements . Required Qualifications: 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) . Strong understanding of payroll processes, payroll schemas, PCRs, and payroll reporting . Experience with SuccessFactors integrations using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), Boomi, or other middleware . Proficiency in SAP Payroll Control Center (PCC) and knowledge of country-specific payroll localization . Hands-on experience with data migration, system configuration, and issue resolution . Knowledge of HR business processes , payroll compliance, and HRIS best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with business stakeholders. SAP SuccessFactors EC and/or ECP Certification is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience with Time Management, Benefits, and Compensation modules in SuccessFactors. Familiarity with SuccessFactors reporting tools (Ad Hoc Reporting, People Analytics, etc.). Understanding of SAP HCM Payroll and its migration to SuccessFactors ECP . Experience working in global HR and payroll environments .
