This role ensures robust, secure, and compliant payment processing solutions by overseeing test planning, execution, automation, and compliance with regulatory and security standards. The manager collaborates with product, development, and operations teams to deliver high-quality solutions supporting business objectives.At CIBC India we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. Details on your work arrangement (including on-site and remote work) will be discussed at the time of your interview.How You’ll Succeed (responsibilities):Develop and implement QA/QC strategies, standards, and best practices for payments hub and wire payment platforms.Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA leads, analysts, and automation engineers to achieve quality goals.Oversee the creation and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts (manual and automated) for all payment initiatives, features, and integrations.Ensure comprehensive test coverage for functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.Drive the adoption and enhancement of test automation frameworks for API and UI testing.Continuously improve test coverage, efficiency, and reliability through automation and process optimization.Ensure all testing activities adhere to regulatory and security requirements, including validation of payment workflows for compliance with local and international standards (e.g., RTR, SWIFT ISO 20022).Monitor, track, and report on defects, issues, and test results.
