Senior Financial Planning Analyst

Support FP&A Manager with managing the annual budget planning, quarterly forecasting and monthly reporting processesAssist with providing accurate, timely and actionable financial reporting to both internal and external stakeholdersAssist with preparation of monthly and quarterly internal and external (to our German parent company) reporting packagesPartner with budget owners across the company to understand budget/forecast vs actuals variances and update the forecastWork closely with our accounting team during month end close to ensure that entries are posted to the correct accounts/teams and that accruals are properly recorded. Reconciliations and checks: Run reports by department / cost center, reconcile and look for unusual items, missing expenses, accruals, prepaids, reclasses, etc.Management information reporting packs: Monthly decks or Excel books for topline and expense KPIsMaintain and govern forecast data in OneStream, including validating output and variance explanationsCollaborate with and support the FP&A Team to prepare various business scenarios and long-term forecast modelsPartner closely with our Talent Acquisition team and HR/Payroll to update personnel planning assumptions Your Qualifications:5+ years of financial analysis experience, preferably in an FP&A role within the software industryAdvanced Excel modeling skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP functions, SUMIF/SUMIFS functions, formulas, and Pivot Table creation with large datasetsDemonstrated initiative and ownership of work with high degree of attention to detailAttention to detail with zero‑defect mindset focused on data hygiene and version control across multiple files and decksAbility to work collaboratively with others across all functional areas of the businessStrong verbal and written communication skillsComfortable with cross-time-zone collaboration, working with onshore finance and business partners, will require flexibility which will sometimes require working late evening hours
