Job Title: S4 HANA Techno-Functional ConsultantLocation: Hyderabad (Hybrid)Experience: 10+ Years Note: Minimum 3 ECC to S/4 HANA migration projects completed.About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled S4 HANA Techno-Functional Consultant with a strong understanding of SAP S/4 HANA and proven expertise in migrating ECC to S/4 HANA. The ideal candidate will have successfully led or contributed to at least 3 migration projects and possess hands-on exposure to ABAP development. This role requires a blend of technical and functional expertise to drive seamless migration and transformation initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Lead and support ECC to S/4 HANA migration projects, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional/technical solutions.Provide techno-functional expertise across SAP modules integrated with S/4 HANA.Perform system configuration, customization, and enhancements as per project needs.Utilize ABAP programming skills for debugging, custom developments, and performance optimization.Conduct workshops, training, and knowledge transfer sessions for end-users and project teams.Ensure compliance with best practices, governance, and quality standards during implementation.Required Skills & Experience:10+ years of SAP experience, with strong focus on S/4 HANA.Proven track record of 3+ ECC to S/4 HANA migration projects.Strong techno-functional expertise across SAP modules.Hands-on experience with ABAP development (debugging, enhancements, customizations).Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to work in a hybrid model (onsite in Hyderabad + remote collaboration).Preferred QualificationsSAP certifications in S/4 HANA or related modules.Experience in large-scale digital transformation projects.Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
