We're Hiring - Contracts Manager - InteliX SystemsLocation: KPHB, HyderabadShift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM ISTAbout the Role:We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to handle and manage various legal agreements, ensuring compliance and supporting business operations for international clients.Key Responsibilities:Manage and review W2, 1099 contracts, NDAs, and vendor agreementsPerform redlining and contract negotiationsWork closely with internal teams and external legal counsel/attorneysEnsure all agreements align with company policies and legal standardsQualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM)Minimum 5+ years of experience in contract managementHands-on experience in redlining legal agreements, employment contracts, and NDAsMust have experience working with US or European clients (India-only experience will not be considered)Strong understanding of international contract practicesPerks & Benefits:Competitive salaryDrop cab facility for female employeesSupportive team environmentOpportunities for professional growth
