We are creating a product that goes beyond chat - one that understands context, supports execution, and helps people operate more effectively in their day-to-day work.Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly driven Product Manager to join Ve AI in a critical, high-impact role. This is not a narrow coordination role. We need someone who can deeply understand the product, engage with users and clients, identify pain points, translate insights into product direction, and help drive execution across teams.The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to a real software product - preferably in AI, SaaS, automation, workflow software, or a closely related environment. This role goes beyond traditional product management. It requires someone who can combine product thinking, user understanding, client communication, structured execution, and fast learning in a high-ownership environment.Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with leadership, users, clients, and internal teams to understand product needs, business priorities, and user pain pointsGather insights from user conversations, client feedback, product usage, and market understanding to shape product directionTranslate user, client, and business requirements into clear product plans, features, flows, and execution prioritiesWrite and refine product requirements, user stories, briefs, and internal documentation for cross-functional teamsCoordinate closely with design, engineering, operations, and business teams to move product initiatives forwardSupport the full product lifecycle from problem identification to rollout, iteration, and improvementCommunicate with clients and users to understand expectations, collect feedback, and identify gaps in product experienceHelp bridge the gap between customer understanding, product decisions, and executionTrack priorities, follow through on open loops, and bring structure to ambiguous problem areasSupport product launches, user adoption, feedback loops, and continuous iterationContribute to shaping a product experience that is intuitive, reliable, and valuable in real-world workflowsPreferred 1+ years of experience in product management, product operations, or closely related product roles within AI companies or adjacent product environments such as SaaS, automation, workflow software, or intelligent systemsExperience working on AI products, AI-powered features, or user-facing intelligent systemsExperience speaking directly with users, clients, or stakeholders in a product contextExposure to early-stage startups or high-growth product environmentsAbility to work closely with founders and contribute beyond a narrow role definitionFamiliarity with product documentation, agile workflows, and fast iteration cyclesThis is a highly important role for Ve AI.
