Role Purpose The Business Development Executive (Fresher Level) will support Avtar’s growth by identifying prospects, generating leads, assisting in client engagement, and supporting sales initiatives across Avtar’s recruitment and non-recruitment solutions. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in consultative sales, HR solutions, and workplace culture consulting . Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify potential organizations and decision-makers (HR, TA, L&D, DEI) Generate leads through research, cold outreach, referrals, events, and digital platforms Maintain and update prospect databases and CRM systems Sales Support & Client Engagement Support senior team members in pitching Avtar’s solutions including: Recruitment & inclusive hiring solutions Workplace culture & DEI consulting Training, capability building & certification programs Research, conferences, and digital platforms like Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales collateral Schedule and coordinate client meetings and follow-ups
