Role : Business Finance Manager Location : Hyderabad, Telangana, India Interview process : In-person (Mandatory) No virtual interviewsAbout the Role :P&L Ownership for Sub BU / Functions Lead a team for 3 to 4 Analysts Ensure reports are delivered on a timely and accurate basis Ensure smooth month close reporting Provide fast, actionable & accurate analysis Working closely with BU and Finance leaders and building plan and Forecast Standardize reporting across all Business unit & move towards self-service reporting Support BU on their Expenses & Investment & Sales & Revenue reporting and analytics Work on Pipeline analytics Ensure data consistency & accuracy different financial systems Help drive system and process enhancements in the FunctionRequirements:Qualifications: CA/MBA Finance 5 years of corporate experience in /finance – FP&A & Financial analytics Good communicator Careful planning to achieve accurate and timely results Eye for Detail Ability to work with cross functional teams. Self-motivated / Result oriented / Open to learning new technologies Managing team of 4 to 5 employees. Interpersonal Skill to Guide and Motivate team members Good knowledge of Finance and Accounting Good Knowledge of MS office- Excel, Power Point Knowledge of automation tools – VBA/Alteryx/Python/RPA (desirable)Finance Business Partner Duties & Responsibilities: His responsibility will be to partner with business leaders and build data-driven plans for achieving month-on-month growth targets ● Questioning all the assumptions of business leaders and pointing out blind spots in planning ● Ensuring a clear how-list for achieving targets is created which is necessary & sufficient ● Be a co-owner of the plan once it is created and ensure it is getting achieved by working closely with the respective business leaders ● Enable business leaders and founders to plan and track key business metrics like revenue, contribution margin, EBITDA, net burn, and growth metrics ● Setting up trackers and reporting mechanisms to get visibility into the health of the business unit ● Call out metrics or areas which are off-track as soon as possible so that problem solving can be done quickly ● Diving deep into L3, L4, L5 level data to find out roadblocks or inefficiencies, or answer questions from business leaders or founders ● Bring a discipline of thinking and planning ahead so that major challenges are identified well in advance and timely corrective actions can be taken ● Bring a rigour of data analysis and data-driven decision making in the business unit
