Business Development Manager

We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager (BDM)Location: RemoteExperience: 3–6 yearsCompany: DigiStayDigiStay is looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to help expand our customer base and support strategic partnerships. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth.This is a fully remote role, and the selected candidate will collaborate with clients and internal teams through online meetings, calls, and digital communication tools.As part of this role, the candidate will engage with customers across multiple regions. Proficiency in Kannada, Telugu, or Tamil is preferred to support communication with customers in the South region. This language preference is related to business communication needs for the role.Key Responsibilities• Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships• Build and manage a structured sales pipeline using remote communication channels• Conduct product presentations and demos through video calls and online meetings• Develop relationships with decision-makers in hospitality businesses• Negotiate contracts and close new business opportunities• Collaborate with internal teams to support onboarding and customer success• Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly revenue goalsPreferred Qualifications• 3–6 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships• Experience selling SaaS, EdTech, or Hospitality software is preferred• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills• Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and closing deals• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote work environment• Experience using CRM tools, video conferencing platforms, and remote sales workflows is a plus• Preferred: Proficiency in Kannada, Telugu, or Tamil for client communication with customers in the South regionDigiStay is committed to maintaining an inclusive and professional work environment and encourages applications from qualified candidates with relevant skills and experience.How to ApplyEmail your resume to: Subject Line: Business Development Manager – DigiStay
