Business Development Manager – US IT StaffingLocation: Hyderabad, India | Work Mode: 100% Work From OfficeExperience: 12+ years in US IT Staffing (Mandatory) | Employment Type: Full-timePosition OverviewThe Business Development Manager is responsible for driving measurable revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building a strong, sustainable vendor and client ecosystem within the US IT staffing industry. This is an outcome-driven leadership role in a startup environment where impact matters from Day One. We're looking for someone who can leverage existing relationships to bring in multiple vendors and, where applicable, direct clients immediately, while demonstrating a strong, ongoing commitment to continuously building new relationships and expanding the business network over time. Success in this role is defined by clearly measured KPIs, including vendor onboarding, requirement inflow, pipeline quality, and revenue contribution.What You'll DoExecute the full-cycle sales process within the staffing industry, from prospecting and preparation through presentations, negotiations, closing, and follow-upLeverage existing relationships to onboard multiple vendors and direct clients early, while continuously expanding the vendor and client networkGenerate new business through relationship-driven strategies, referrals, networking, and targeted outreachIdentify, research, qualify, onboard, and nurture long-term partnerships with vendors and direct clientsBuild and maintain a strong pipeline to support sustained business growth and achieve defined revenue, margin, and growth KPIsDesign and execute a clear, repeatable strategy for vendor identification, relationship building, and onboarding using in-depth knowledge of staffing models including C2C, C2H, direct hire, and workforce solutionsBuild, grow, and maintain a high-quality vendor and direct client databaseServe as a trusted advisor by understanding hiring needs, market conditions, and talent availabilityStay current on staffing industry trends, compliance considerations, and competitive dynamics, and share market intelligence with leadershipDevelop, manage, and continuously strengthen long-term relationships with vendors and direct clients through proactive and consistent communicationIdentify opportunities to expand existing relationships through deeper engagement and additional workforce solutionsNegotiate pricing, contracts, and service terms to ensure profitable and scalable engagementsMaintain accurate CRM records documenting all BD activities, pipeline stages, and outcomesCollaborate with senior leadership to align business development strategy with organizational goalsAct as a market-facing leader and ambassador for the brandTake full ownership of business development performance and outcomes, operating with a startup mindset—hands-on, execution-focused, and accountableHow We Measure SuccessNumber of vendors and direct clients onboardedAchievement of set targets and time-to-time assessment of whether targets are being met per vendor/clientQuality and consistency of job requirements receivedRevenue and margin contributionStrength and expansion of vendor/client pipelineOverall business development outcomesWhat You Need to Succeed12+ years of experience in staffing industry sales or business developmentProven ability to activate existing relationships quickly and continuously build new onesEstablished network of staffing vendors and/or direct client contactsStrong understanding of staffing economics, rates, margins, and deal structuresDemonstrated ability to build BD strategy and execute independentlyHighly driven, goal-focused, and outcome-orientedStrong analytical, planning, and prioritization skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced startup environmentExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsCRM experience preferredOwnership mindset with strong accountabilityComfortable wearing multiple hats to achieve business goals and being measured on outcomes and KPIsStrategic thinker who executes rather than just plansRelationship builder with a long-term growth mindsetSelf-starter with genuine interest in continuously expanding vendor and client relationshipsAble to make an immediate and sustained impact in a startup environmentThis position requires 100% work from office at our Hyderabad location.How to Apply
