This role owns regional P&L, operational governance, client satisfaction, and vendor performance, while driving efficiency, standardization, and business expansion initiatives in collaboration with senior leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesRegional Operations & P&L ManagementOwn and manage regional P&L, ensuring profitability, cost optimization, and service consistency across all sites.Monitor daily and monthly operational costs, utilization metrics, and route efficiency.Ensure optimal manpower, fleet, and vendor deployment across the region.Client & Service Delivery ManagementAct as the senior escalation point for client issues and ensure timely and effective resolution.Lead monthly regional performance and client review meetings, presenting operational metrics, SLA performance, and improvement plans.Conduct regular client catch-ups to track satisfaction, feedback, and service enhancement opportunities.Governance, Compliance & AuditsConduct regional operational audits (vehicles, drivers, documentation, processes) to ensure SOP adherence and compliance with statutory and client requirements.Review incident reports and validate closure actions and preventive measures.Ensure vendor and driver compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory norms.Team, Vendor & Manpower ManagementOversee manpower planning, recruitment coordination, shift deployment, and productivity.Review vendor performance including vehicle availability, compliance, driver attendance, and service quality.Work closely with sourcing and HR teams to ensure capacity readiness and performance consistency.Reporting, Reviews & Process ImprovementReview daily regional dashboards covering SLA adherence, incidents, utilization, and costs.Validate billing inputs, client invoicing updates, and vendor payment status.Collaborate with the COO on process standardization, efficiency improvements, and regional expansion initiatives.Prepare and share daily and monthly regional performance and P&L reports with senior management.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Regional profitability marginSLA adherence percentageClient satisfaction scoreVendor performance and compliance rateCost efficiency and utilization improvementRequired Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.4–6 years of experience in regional operations management, preferably in fleet operations, logistics, transportation, mobility, or managed services.Proven experience managing multi-site operations and regional P&L.Strong exposure to client management, vendor governance, and compliance frameworks.Experience leading cross-functional teams across locations.Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong operational and financial acumenClient escalation and stakeholder managementData-driven decision-making and performance analysisProcess improvement and standardizationLeadership, communication, and negotiation skillsAbility to manage high-pressure, multi-location environmentsWhy Join UsOpportunity to lead large-scale regional operations with end-to-end ownershipHigh visibility role working directly with senior leadershipPlatform to drive operational excellence, growth, and transformation
