Finance Manager

Role Overview:The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations acrossmultiple entities within the organization, with a strong focus on mergers and acquisitions(M&A), financial planning, fund management, and investment raising. The ideal candidatewill be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a proven track record in managing fundsacross multiple entities, handling M&A transactions, and overseeing financial strategy.Experience in the NBFC or Fintech industry is a distinct advantage.Key Responsibilities:- Lead M&A activities, including due diligence, financial modeling, valuation,and integration, to support strategic business growth.- Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations for M&Aopportunities.- Collaborate with internal and external teams to structure and executeacquisitions successfully.- Oversee the allocation of funds across different business units and entities,ensuring optimal capital utilization and return on investment.- Develop strategies for raising capital from various sources, includinginstitutional investors, private equity, and venture capital.- Maintain relationships with financial institutions, investors, and stakeholdersto support fundraising efforts.- Drive the preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term strategicplans to align with business goals.- Provide strategic financial advice to senior management, enabling effectivedecision-making.- Lead regular financial analysis to monitor performance and identify areas forimprovement.- Manage the liquidity and cash flow requirements of the business, ensuringefficient fund management across multiple entities.- Implement risk management strategies to minimize exposure to financialrisks, including market fluctuations and operational risks.- Optimize working capital and cash management processes to supportbusiness operations.- Prepare and present detailed financial reports, including monthly, quarterly,and annual performance reviews for management and stakeholders.- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and develop actionable insights toimprove operational efficiency and profitability.- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on financial performance, risks,and opportunitiesQualifications and Experience:- Qualified CA - 4-6 years of experience in finance, with significant expertise in mergers, acquisitions, - fund management, and financial planning. - Experience managing funds across multiple entities and understanding the - complexities of multi-entity financial operations. - Experience in the NBFC, Fintech, or digital lending industry is a distinct advantage. - Proven ability to raise capital and manage investor relations. - Strong understanding of financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic financialdecision-making.- Key Competencies: Strong business acumen with a strategic approach to financial management. - Results-oriented with the ability to manage complex financial operations. - Expertise in risk management and fund allocation across multiple business units. - Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to collaborate acrossfunctions.
