CCI's mission is to provide outstanding professional support to all Citrin Cooperman offices throughout the year in the areas of accounting, attest and auditing, tax compliance and consulting, business advisory, valuation, litigation support, and other professional work.Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and motivated Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) Supervisor to join our Digital Services team. The ideal candidate has 4–6+ years of hands‑on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Business Central solutions and is ready to take on broader responsibility for guiding workstreams, reviewing deliverables, and supporting junior team members. This role is best suited for a strong functional consultant who excels in client engagement, problem‑solving, solution design, and ensuring high‑quality execution across engagements. The Supervisor will be known for delivering scalable, modern Business Central solutions that drive measurable business value.Key Responsibilities:Client Delivery & Functional Leadership- Lead and oversee functional workstreams across requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live support. - Review team deliverables for quality, accuracy, and alignment to project scope. - Analyze client business processes and advise on Business Central leading practices to improve efficiency, controls, and reporting. - Configure BC modules to support client‑specific financial, operational, and analytics needs. - Develop clear, well‑structured functional specifications for extensions, integrations, ISVs, and workflow changes. - Support and guide User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including script creation, execution, and issue resolution.Solution Design & Technical Collaboration- Partner with technical teams to deliver integrations, extensions, and ISV solutions that align with client requirements. - Support or oversee the development of reports, visualizations, and dashboards (e.g., Power BI, BC reporting tools). - Assist in solution validation and design reviews with Solution Architects.Client Engagement & Enablement- Facilitate client workshops, training sessions, and product demonstrations. - Provide post‑implementation support, guiding users toward best practices and driving system adoption. - Serve as an escalation point for complex functional issues, coordinating with leadership as needed.Team Leadership & Delivery Excellence- Mentor junior consultants and support their growth through coaching and guidance. - Provide input on resourcing needs, task assignment, and workload management. - Manage and prioritize assigned tasks across multiple client engagements. - Partner effectively with project managers, architects, and cross‑functional teams to ensure on‑time, high‑quality delivery.Qualifications- 4–6+ years of hands‑on experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV). - Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills. - Strong functional knowledge of key end‑to‑end business processes: - Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Receive to Ship (warehousing), Plan to Produce (manufacturing) - Familiarity with: - BC extensions, ISVs, and AL‑based customization concepts - Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) concepts - Microsoft 365 and basic Azure concepts - Ability to work independently, lead workstreams, and manage priorities in a fast‑paced consulting environment. - Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. - Prior consulting experience strongly preferred. - Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members preferred.Education & Certifications- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or related field preferred. - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant certification strongly preferred. - Additional Microsoft certifications are a plus.
