DuckCreek Policy Business AnalystJob Description:Role- Senior Analyst / Lead Analyst -ADMPosition- SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST / LEAD BUSINESS ANALYST / ASSOCIATE CONSULTANTExperience- 06 to 12 YearsJob Location- Pune, Greater Noida, Hyderabad & MumbaiResponsibilities:-We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in Duck Creek Policy and a strong background in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance, specifically in Personal and Commercial Auto lines. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving successful implementations and enhancements of Duck Creek Policy solutions by bridging business needs with technical execution. Lead business analysis efforts for Duck Creek Policy implementations focused on Personal and Commercial Auto products Collaborate with underwriting, product, and IT teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and configuration requirements for Duck Creek Author Define rating rules, coverage structures, forms, and workflows specific to auto insurance products.Work closely with Duck Creek configuration and development teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery Support QA and UAT teams by reviewing test cases and validating outputs against business expectations.Facilitate Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity Assist in regulatory compliance mapping and documentation for auto insurance products Provide domain expertise and thought leadership in Personal and Commercial Auto insurance.6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the P&C Insurance domain 3+ years of hands-on experience with Duck Creek Policy implementations Strong expertise in Personal and Commercial Auto insurance products, rating, and underwriting workflows Proficiency in Duck Creek Author, rating engine, and product configuration.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and Excel Insurance certifications (e.g., AINS, CPCU) are a plus/"Education / Qualification- BE/ B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc. / M.CA / M.TECH / Any GraduatePlease share your resume at anshul.meshram@
