This role provides day-to-day tactical support to the Enterprise Finance Investor Relations team, managing dividend payment processing, investor-related accounting activities, and shareholder communications. The Supervisor will oversee the investor phone line, support the development of meeting content, and generate internal investor-related reports. This position reports to the Manager, Accounting Operations (Indirect & Investor Relations) and oversees a Specialist, playing a key role in ensuring accurate and timely investor engagement and reporting.The candidate is expected to reside in Hyderabad, India. Key Responsibilities:Provide day-to-day tactical support to the Enterprise Finance Investor Relations team.Manage dividend payment processing and other investor-related accounting activities.Oversee the investor phone line, ensuring timely and accurate responses to shareholder inquiries.Support the generation of meeting content, including quarterly business reviews and investor presentations.Generate investor-related reports for internal use, ensuring accuracy and relevance.Assist in the analysis of sell-side consensus estimates to support investor messaging and executive briefings.Ensure compliance with disclosure standards and internal governance frameworks.Oversees two direct reports, providing coaching and performance oversight.Knowledge and Skill Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.CSCP (Certified Shareholder Services Professional) certification preferred.Minimum of 3+ years of experience in investor relations, shareholder services, or financial communications.English Proficiency (written and verbal IRL Level 4).Strong analytical thinking, judgment, and communication skills.Experience managing dividend processing, proxy voting, and corporate actions.Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards related to investor relations.Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and support executive-level communications.Technology fluency and experience with investor-facing platforms and reporting tools.
