Job Description:Location -Noida /HyderabadExp 8+Job Title: Process Analyst / Discovery AnalystExperience Required: 8 to 10 yearsJob Description:• Support discovery initiatives and complete all necessary documentation, data gathering, and analysis required for processes under review, with guidance from the Discovery Lead.• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and completeness of gathered information, including the creation of current-state process maps, experience maps, and other artifacts.• Partner with business, technology, and analytics teams to identify and prioritize opportunities, ensuring that all opportunities are tracked and followed through to completion.• Facilitate collaboration across business and technology teams, ensuring smooth coordination and communication.• Provide support in solution design and implementation as needed.• Drive end-to-end automation projects, from opportunity identification and qualification to creating project Cost-Benefit Analyses (CBA) and ensuring successful execution.• Contribute to the development and growth of the Intelligent Automation (IA) program.• Stay updated on the latest developments in IA technologies and actively participate in Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Proof of Value (POV) exercises for new technologies.Skills and Qualifications:• Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Value Stream Mapping/Process Mapping• Expertise in Automation & Analytics:o 2+ years of experience identifying and solving use cases for RPA tools like Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, PEGA, etc.o Experience with OCR/ICR tools such as ABBYY, Kofax, AWS Textract, Vidado.o Experience in NLP, including Sentiment Analysis, Amazon Comprehend, and analytics using unstructured data and chatbots.o Exposure to machine learning tools (e.g., Amazon Lex, Auto-WEKA, BigML, Google Cloud AutoML, IBM Watson Studio) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).• Experience with process assessments using IA toolkits.• Cross-functional Collaboration: Ability to work with large, cross-functional teams to align with strategic objectives.Preferred Skills:• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Expertise in OCR, NLP, and ML automation solutions.• Excellent attention to detail in documenting requirements.• Proven ability to coordinate and lead project teams of 10+ members.• Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead discussions with large audiences.
