Business Operations Associate

About the Role We are hiring Business Operations Associates (BOAs) to strengthen our college operations team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing and executing offline assessments in collaboration with colleges , ensuring a seamless experience for students, Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), and internal stakeholders. While the primary focus will be on assessment and placement operations , responsibilities may evolve based on business requirements , giving you exposure to multiple aspects of operations and analytics. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with colleges and TPOs to plan and execute offline assessments. Manage student registrations, mock assessments, and pre-drive communication . Ensure effective on-ground execution during assessment drives (logistics, student flow, handling queries, etc.). Share assessment results with students, colleges, and internal teams. Report on-ground activities immediately to the internal team (real-time updates are critical). Prepare and maintain reports, trackers, and dashboards using Google Sheets/Excel. Conduct data analysis to provide insights on student performance, participation, and drive effectiveness. Support the team with additional operational activities as required by the business. Build strong relationships with students, colleges, and internal teams through proactive communication. Skills & Requirements Excellent communication skills (verbal & written). Strong proactive and problem-solving mindset with ability to adapt to dynamic requirements. Good working knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel, reporting, and analytics . Ability to handle on-ground operations confidently and interact with diverse stakeholders. Comfortable with travel to colleges for assessment drives. F requent travel and field responsibilities.
