TCS is Hiring for Oracle HCM Role: Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant Lead Experience: 8 - 10 Yrs Location: Noida / Hyderabad Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Required Technical Skill Set Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud especially in Absence Management and Payroll Proficiency in fast formulas, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI and HDL Good understanding of Payroll flow, retro-pay, balance adjustments and absence accrual plans Ability to write and debug SQL queries and PL/SQL scripts Experience with integration tools like OIC, REST/SOAP APIs and Web Services Keeping up to date with Oracle Fusion updates, patches, and new features Key Responsibilities Prepare functional specifications for Custom reports, PaaS extensions. Prepare and Validate data conversion templates with customer data Help and support the reporting/data migration/testing team during various phases of the project development and testing. Offering support and assistance to users during and after the implementation phase Performing quality assurance checks to validate the functionality of HCM processes. Develop and maintain fast formulas, BI reports and integrations using tools like HCM extracts, OTBI and BIP
