Key Responsibilities/Job Description for Advisory Data Analysis Analyst Qualifications: • CA, MBA Finance, CA Inter, , CMA with 0-2 years of experience • Have completed course work in accounting, finance and/or economics • Have strong technical skills (particularly with Microsoft Office), including working with large data sets • Have strong time management and organizational skills • Be a self-starter, highly collaborative, creative, outgoing, and possesses strong financial analysis, modeling, and valuation skills • Have strong qualitative and quantitative research and analytical abilities • Have familiarity with financial valuation and discounted cash flow methodologies, and application • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ideally has experience preparing professional client deliverables • Be able to demonstrate an ability to work cooperatively with team members and have exceptional work ethic Administrative: • Complies with Firm/VAS department policies. • Uses down time effectively and complying with Firm’s CPE requirement. • Well-organized with ability to prioritize Job Description: • Supporting the MEV group analytically across numerous ongoing valuation projects • Working with purpose-built royalty ingestion software (i.e. Syncopate) to aggregate and organize large volumes of data • Creating complex discounted cash flow models • Implementing report generating software solutions (i.e. Epsillion) to prepare valuation analysis results in a clear, concise, and scalable manner • Performing in-depth market research supplementary to the valuation projects
