Accounts Manager | US Accounts & Indian Accounts

Position: Accounts Manager Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office) Shift: US Shift 6:30pm to 3:30am IST Experience: 7–12 years in Accounting, Payroll & Compliance (Indian + US Accounting exposure required) Required Skills & Competencies • Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, Companies Act, Direct & Indirect Taxes. • Expert-level payroll knowledge across industries & states in India. • Hands-on expertise in Tally Prime, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Advanced Excel. • Exposure to Transfer Pricing, US Payroll, and US GAAP basics. • Ability to handle multi-entity, multi-currency operations. • Excellent communication and coordination skills with US & India teams. • Willingness to work in night / semi-night shifts. ______________ Qualifications • / / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / CPA (Preferred but not mandatory) • 7–12 years of progressive experience covering Indian Accounting, Payroll Compliance, and US Accounting. • Prior experience in multi-industry payroll & statutory compliance is mandatory.
