Muthoot Fincorp is hiring a Zonal HRBP for its Territory-I region. The role is based in Hyderabad, and we are looking for an experienced HR leader to drive talent acquisition and business partnering across the zone. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract top talent, reduce hiring turnaround time, and enhance candidate experience for the territory. Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring recruitment goals are met with high-quality hires. Define and monitor recruitment metrics and KPIs (time to hire, cost per hire, quality of hire, pipeline health, etc.) through recruitment data analysis. Oversee the entire employee life cycle process – from job requisition to onboarding, engagement, and exit. Implement a strong sourcing strategy to build a diverse candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Partner with zone leadership to develop and maintain manpower as per the approved budget across locations under your territory. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and emerging recruitment technologies to ensure competitiveness in the talent market. Conduct exit interviews , manage full & final settlements, and ensure PF closure for employees exiting the organization. Address and resolve general employee queries within defined TAT (Turnaround Time) . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, training support , and strengthen leadership connect for critical roles. Partner with business stakeholders to provide recruitment insights and expertise that align with business performance goals. Candidate Requirements Experience: 8–12 years overall HR experience, with at least one significant stint (5+ years) in NBFC / Banking / Financial Services sector . Education: Postgraduate in HR / MBA in Human Resources. Strong knowledge of BFSI HR practices , statutory compliance, and labour laws. Proven leadership and people management experience, with a track record of building and grooming high-performing teams. Excellent communication skills; fluency in Telugu and English is preferred.
