Role Overview The Talent Acquisition will be responsible for developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent across multiple business verticals, including real estate, hospitality, wellness, and corporate functions. This leadership role will drive employer branding, candidate experience, and strategic workforce planning, ensuring that Ridhira Group continues to attract and retain the best talent in the industry. Key Responsibilities Talent Strategy & Leadership Design and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals. Partner with senior leadership and business heads to understand workforce needs and future hiring demands. Build and lead a high-performing TA team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Recruitment & Workforce Planning Drive end-to-end recruitment for leadership, managerial, and operational roles across business verticals. Implement structured workforce planning and succession pipelines for critical roles. Leverage data and analytics for proactive hiring and forecasting. Employer Branding Position Ridhira Group as an employer of choice in real estate, hospitality, and wellness sectors. Partner with marketing/communications teams to build and execute employer branding campaigns. Represent the organization at industry events, career fairs, and networking forums. Candidate Experience & Process Excellence Ensure a world-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Drive digital transformation in recruitment processes, implementing ATS and AI-driven hiring solutions. Develop metrics to measure recruitment efficiency, time-to-hire, and quality-of-hire. Stakeholder Management Work closely with CXOs, business leaders, and HR to align recruitment strategies with growth plans. Partner with external agencies, consultants, and universities for sourcing talent pipelines. Ensure compliance with all labor laws and hiring regulations. Qualifications & Experience Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with at least 2 years in a leadership role . Strong background in real estate, hospitality, lifestyle, or large-scale manpower-driven industries . Proven track record of scaling talent acquisition functions for rapidly growing organizations. Expertise in employer branding, recruitment technology, and workforce analytics. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
