Position : Workday Functional Consultant Location: Gurugram, HR/ Bangalore, KA/ Mumbai, MH/ Chennai, TN/ Hyderabad, TG/ Kolkata, WB Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days office per week) Duration: Full time Experience: 5-8 years mandatory Job Description: Workday Implementation experience of at least two projects. 3 to 6 years of experience in Workday Core HCM, Security, Core & Advance Compensation, Talent & Performance Management, Recruiting, Reporting, Prism Analytics, Payroll, Benefits, Learning, Absence Management & Time Tracking. Experience in HR processes and should have worked on two or more projects in a functional capacity on above mentioned modules. Understanding of any industry would be a plus Excellent Communication Skills
