Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our rapidly growing Semiconductors Business . The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving people initiatives, enabling workforce planning, and aligning HR strategies with business objectives. This role requires strong stakeholder management, a deep understanding of HR processes, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-tech environment. Key Responsibilities Partner with business leaders in the Semiconductors division to provide HR guidance, support, and solutions. Work closely with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals, including talent acquisition, retention, and workforce planning. Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, performance management, engagement, and exit. Drive talent management initiatives including succession planning, leadership development, and career progression. Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely and high-quality hiring for semiconductor technical roles. Provide coaching and advisory support to managers on employee relations, performance, and policy interpretation. Implement and monitor HR policies, compliance, and best practices in alignment with organizational standards. Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a high-performance culture. Partner with Learning & Development teams to design and deploy upskilling and training programs for technical and leadership talent. Analyze HR metrics (attrition, engagement, diversity, productivity, etc.) and provide insights to leadership for informed decision-making. Required Skills & Qualifications Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 8+ years of experience in HR roles, with proven experience in supporting technology / semiconductor / engineering businesses preferred. Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance frameworks in India. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven track record in driving employee engagement, talent management, and workforce planning.
