Security Risk & Governance Manager Your career at Deutsche Börse Group: The Group Security department directly contributes to execution of the Deutsche Börse Group information security strategy. As a central service provider for the Group entities, Group Security is responsible to protect information assets in terms of safety, integrity, confidentiality, authenticity, and availability by enforcing information security controls based on the relevant regulatory requirements and follows the international standard ISO/IEC 27000-series on the Information Security Management System. Your area of work: The Information Security Governance & Risk Management (ISGR) section within Group Security is responsible for all matters relating to the identification, assessment, reporting and mitigation of IS risks. We are working very closely with application owners across the whole IT estate of Deutsche Börse. Within our section we are split into three teams which take care of proper Information Risk Management for IT-assets proper Vendor Security Risk Management reporting of KPIs for all Group Security Services to stakeholders across the group.All of this is done in accordance with the Information Security Framework which translates external regulatory frameworks like DORA into DBG control requirements. You will be leading the newly established ISGR team in Hyderabad which will contribute to the tasks of all three above mentioned teams. You will be the responsible people manager for appr 12 team members in Hyderabad. You will report to the Head of Section for ISGR in Eschborn and work very closely with the three Head of Units of the above-mentioned teams based in Eschborn and Prague. Your responsibilities: Build strong working relationships with the three Head of Units in Eschborn and Prague Manage the establishment of the ISGR unit and support the acquisition of the right talents for our team Support team members in the execution of regular tasks by identifying and removing impediments in alignment with the other Head of Units Identify and nurture the development potential of your team members Create a supportive and productive work environment Additionally, it would be a bonus if you can right away contribute to finding content solutions for the typical challenges of teams in the field of IS Risk Management Your profile: At least 5 years of people leadership experience Excellent Communicator with strong interpersonal and skills Proven leader who can motivate a team, in particular during the uncertainties that come up when freshly creating a new team Proactive in identifying and resolving issues Culturally aware and able to bridge communication between different regions Very good understanding of current challenges in global cloud-based IT operations Previous experience in the Information Security or Risk Management areas of companies in the financial services sector will set you apart from other applicants.
