Job Description:
TCS is seeking Workday Finance Consultant with experience in successful end-to-end implementations or support on Workday Configuration. This individual has qualities to be part of a team of Configuration Consultants and collaborate with the team and the Lead. This person should be able to own configuration changes to existing Workday system. Mandatory Skillsets/qualification/requirements: 10+ years of relevant experience in ERP consulting, Experience in implementing Workday Financial Management or other ERP systems, Experience in implementing various functional areas including: R2R (Financial Accounting, Financial Dimension / Chart of Accounts Design), P2P (Procurement, Supplier Accounts), O2C (Customer Management, Customer Accounts, Customer Contracts), Business Assets, Banking, Expenses, Intercompany, Workday Finance Certifications in at least one of the mentioned areas, preferably Record to Report (R2R), Superior communication skills, both written and verbal. Good to Have Skillsets: Implementation/Support experience of systems like in Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft but not limited to these Experience in configuration support of Payroll, Recruitment and Talent Management Responsibilities: Work independently or with Team Lead and/or Project Manager to participate in configuration support Gather requirements and prototype the configuration changes Maintain continuously and support current Business Processes and Setup data by resolving defects (if any), enhance and apply required updates, as necessary Work in a team of workday configuration and integration analysts and contribute to requirements engineering and craft technical specifications. Analyze business requirements and produce detail and solution specifications consulting with Client Process Owners about standard methodologies for HR processes in Workday. Ensure the productive operations of Workday System Architecture including all interfaces (integrations) as well as custom reports/dashboards. Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns Ability to work with the team that can be geographically dispersed, in planning support and be available to support or guide as and when necessary
