Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Associate/Associate (Corporate Practice) at Juris Prime Law Services in Hyderabad. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day legal tasks related to corporate practice, including client interactions, drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and providing strategic legal advice to clients. Qualifications Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills Experience in corporate law and transactional matters for a minimum of 1 year to 5 years Knowledge of company law, securities regulations, Banking, finance, employment and contract laws Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Law degree from a reputable institution Membership in the relevant bar council
