We help our clients streamline operations through accurate data, structured processes, and reliable research support.Our work is closely aligned with the US insurance ecosystem, supporting agencies dealing with personal and commercial lines such as Auto, Home, General Liability, Workers’ Compensation, and more. We assist in policy lifecycle management, lead generation, underwriting support, and CRM data management.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Research Associate who can dive deep into the internet, extract meaningful information, and turn it into clean, structured data.Your focus will be on research, data discovery, and accuracy, supporting insurance-related operations and business workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct detailed online research on individuals, businesses, and industry dataCollect and organize information related to insurance leads, prospects, and companiesValidate and verify data from multiple sources to ensure accuracyBuild structured databases and maintain data qualityPerform market and competitor research within the insurance industrySupport internal teams with reliable research outputs for decision-makingWhat We Are Looking ForFamiliarity with the US insurance market, including basic understanding of Personal Lines (Auto, Home) and Commercial Lines (GL, WC, Property)Understanding of how insurance agencies, carriers, brokers, and MGAs operate in the US ecosystemBasic awareness of the insurance policy lifecycle, including quoting, underwriting, binding, endorsements, and renewalsAbility to research and interpret insurance-related information such as coverage types, policy limits, deductibles, and risk classificationsExposure or willingness to learn industry tools such as Applied Epic, AMS360, EZLynx, and CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpotUnderstanding of data sources used in insurance research such as business registries, carrier websites, and public filingsStrong research mindset and curiosityLogical thinking and ability to connect scattered data pointsHigh attention to detail and accuracyGood written communication skillsSelf-driven and comfortable working on repetitive but detail-heavy tasksBasic QualificationsBachelor’s degree in any fieldComfortable working with spreadsheets, online tools, and data systemsBasic understanding of insurance terminology such as premium, policy period, insured, coverage, exclusions, and endorsementsAbility to work with structured data inside ATS/CRM or agency management systemsPreferred (Not Mandatory)Prior exposure to US insurance processes or working with insurance agenciesExperience handling data inside insurance agency management systems or CRMs
