The Chemist will be responsible for conducting laboratory experiments, developing and optimizing chemical processes, and analyzing compounds for a variety of projects. The role involves ensuring adherence to quality standards, maintaining laboratory safety protocols, preparing reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organization goals. Applicants must demonstrate attention to detail, technical proficiency, and scientific acumen.Desired QualificationsProficiency in laboratory techniques, chemical synthesis, and organic or inorganic chemistry methodsExperience with interpreting analytical results from tools such as HPLC, GC, NMR, and spectroscopyStrong problem-solving, critical thinking, and data interpretation skillsEffective communication and report-writing capabilities, with the ability to work collaboratively in a teamMinimum 1-2 years experience working in research and development (organic chemistry lab) is required. Greater experience is an advantageMaster's degree in Chemistry
