Skill : Laboratory Information Management SystemDescription:Position summary Supply Chain & Network Operations – LabVantage Resource - SC Level Role Summary The LabVantage resource will partner with Life Sciences clients to deliver end-to-end services for the LabVantage LIMS. This role covers system configuration, implementation, integration, and ongoing support - including test method setup, master data management, instrument and lab configuration, and the integration of LabVantage with other laboratory platforms (such as Darwin and Empower). Work you’ll do • Configure and customize LabVantage modules, workflows, and user interfaces according to laboratory needs. • Set up master data (e.g., products, samples, specifications, users, instruments) to enable robust data management. • Develop and validate electronic test methods, workflows, and SOPs within the LabVantage environment. • Manage user access, roles, and laboratory configurations to meet operational and regulatory standards. • Integrate LabVantage with laboratory instruments for automated data capture and workflow execution. • Develop and manage interfaces between LabVantage and other systems (e.g., Darwin for stability studies, Empower for chromatography data). • Participate in system validation testing, including IQ/OQ/PQ documentation and compliance reporting. • Provide expert support for laboratory environments that use multiple informatics platforms - including direct support of Darwin, Empower, or similar systems. • Harmonize and optimize data flows between LabVantage and complementary laboratory applications. • Advise on data standardization, migration, and change management for LabVantage LIMS. Qualifications • 4–6+ years’ hands-on experience with LabVantage LIMS configuration, implementation, and integration • Experience in developing electronic test methods, managing laboratory master data, and configuring laboratory instruments • Familiarity with implementation or support of Darwin, Empower, or other laboratory data systems • Strong client-facing, stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and communication skills
