Leadership skills to lead large team towards meeting project goals2. Provide recommendations for improvement of the mapping process3. Oversee hiring, training, mentoring, and reviewing performance4. Coordinate with various functional managers for smooth execution of the project Drive service delivery performance5. Escalation Management• Risk Management• stakeholder interaction• SLA Management• People and Process management6. Deep understanding of project management systems and tools such as workflow management system• Support Sr. Management with timely inputs on project progress and team performance• Quality metrics review, maintenance, and management7. Client coordination resolving technical queries from the team for any escalations/resolutions• Staffing, Training Need Identification & Training Effectiveness• Project planning and delivery management• Manage Team managers, Team Leads and troubleshoot issues• Periodic status review meeting• Manage and monitor performance• Adapt to change management• NavigationEducational qualification: Engineering Diploma/Degree in any stream/Post Graduate in science. Specialization in GIS related software’s AutoCAD, ESRI, MapInfo & Intergraph packages will be added advantages; Have work experience as a proven people management and delivery management; Any degree /diploma in project and performance management
