Headquartered in Hyderabad with a growing North American presence, we help organizations design and build transformative digital experiences.We are looking for a strategic and visionary Lead Designer who can drive design excellence, define digital solutions, and lead teams to craft meaningful user experiences that deliver real business impact.Role OverviewAs a Lead Designer, you will play a key role in defining design strategy, creating end-to-end digital experiences, and leading UX initiatives across products and platforms. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into intuitive, scalable, and user-centered solutions.You will also mentor designers, influence product decisions, and ensure high-quality design outcomes across projects.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign Strategy & VisionDefine and drive the overall design strategy aligned with business goals, market trends, and user needs.Translate complex business problems into intuitive and high-performing user experiences.Ensure consistency, usability, and accessibility across digital products and platforms.Design scalable digital solution frameworks that adapt to evolving product ecosystems.Digital Solution & Experience DesignAnalyze business requirements and user needs to design comprehensive digital solutions.Create end-to-end user journeys, service blueprints, and responsive experiences across web, mobile, and multi-platform environments.Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate and validate design concepts.Understand how digital touchpoints, systems, and technologies connect to deliver cohesive user experiences.User Research & Data-Driven DesignConduct user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and behavioral analysis to inform design decisions.Translate research findings into actionable insights and design requirements.Use analytics, heatmaps, and A/B testing to continuously improve user experiences.Advocate for inclusive and accessible design principles.Stakeholder CollaborationCollaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, Business Analysts, and Researchers to ensure seamless execution.Present design ideas and concepts through prototypes, demos, and storytelling.Influence product and engineering teams to adopt user-centered design approaches.Ensure alignment between design vision, technical feasibility, and business goals.Leadership & Team DevelopmentConduct design reviews, critiques, and feedback sessions to maintain high design quality.Mentor and guide UX/UI designers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.Establish best practices for design thinking, usability testing, and agile workflows.Support cross-functional teams in integrating design effectively into product development cycles.Experience & Requirements5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, digital product design, or solution design.Proven experience in leading design initiatives or mentoring designers.Strong portfolio demonstrating data-driven design and impactful digital solutions.Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, interaction design, and usability testing.Strong understanding of responsive design, web technologies, and digital platforms.Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile environments.Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and usability heuristics is a plus.Why Join Divami?At Divami, we are at the forefront of design-led product engineering, crafting digital products that not only function well but create meaningful user experiences and drive business outcomes.You will work with talented teams, lead transformative design initiatives, and help shape the future of AI-powered digital products.If you are passionate about design innovation, user-centered thinking, and building impactful digital experiences, we would love to hear from you.“Let’s design tomorrow, together.”
