Job Overview:We are seeking a creative and versatile Multimedia Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually stunning graphics, producing engaging video content, and ensuring brand consistency across all media platforms. You will work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to bring ideas to life and effectively communicate our message to the audience.Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design- Design high-quality graphics for social media posts, website banners, presentations, and marketing materials. - Create brand assets, logos, infographics, and other visual elements. - Develop visual concepts and layouts that align with the company’s brand guidelines. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute creative campaigns.Video Editing- Edit raw video footage into professional-quality videos for marketing, training, and promotional purposes. - Incorporate animations, graphics, sound effects, and voiceovers into video projects. - Produce videos for social media platforms, YouTube, and other digital channels. - Ensure video content aligns with current trends and audience preferences.Multimedia Content Creation- Create motion graphics, animations, and visual effects. - Optimize graphics and video content for various platforms (e.g., mobile, web, and social media). - Stay updated on the latest design and editing software, tools, and trends.Brand Consistency- Maintain and enhance the company’s brand identity across all media. - Ensure designs and videos meet quality and branding standards.Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field. - Experience: 2-5 years in graphic design and video editing. - Software Expertise: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Final Cut Pro, and other relevant tools. - Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout design, and video editing principles. - Hands-on experience with motion graphics and animation tools. - Creative mindset with attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense. - Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Experience in 2D/3D animation (e.g., Blender, Maya). - Knowledge of UI/UX design principles. - Familiarity with social media trends and content requirements for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
