We’re now looking for a Creative Strategist for Meta Ads to join our team and play a pivotal role in crafting ad strategies that convert while staying ahead of trends. Role Overview As a Creative Strategist, you’ll own the creative direction for Meta Ads across multiple brands. You’ll research audiences, build hooks, structure ad angles, and work with designers/editors to deliver ad creatives that balance storytelling with performance marketing. You’ll also constantly analyse data to refine strategies and ensure scaling opportunities are not missed. Key Responsibilities • Develop ad concepts, storyboards, and campaign structures aligned with brand goals. • Create hooks, angles, and messaging frameworks tailored to specific target audiences. • Monitor cultural, social, and platform trends to identify content opportunities. • Work closely with performance marketers to align creatives with audience insights, offers, and funnel stages. • Partner with designers, editors, and copywriters to transform ideas into scroll-stopping creatives (videos, statics, carousels, UGC). • Provide clear briefs and references that guide the production team. • Build a creative testing roadmap—ensuring we’re testing hooks, formats, and storytelling styles regularly. • Collaborate with media buyers to align creative strategy with ad spend allocation. • Track creative performance across campaigns (CTR, thumb-stop ratio, CPA, ROAS). • Identify winning creative patterns and scale them into new iterations. • Run post-mortems on underperforming creatives to learn and improve. • Maintain a creative library with categorised concepts, angles, and results. What We’re Looking For • Deep understanding of Meta Ads ecosystem and how creative impacts performance. • Strong storytelling ability and knack for writing hooks that capture attention in 3 seconds. • Experience in structuring UGC-style ads, trend-based content, and direct-response creatives. • Ability to interpret data (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and derive creative insights. • Skilled at giving clear, actionable feedback to editors/designers. • Strong knowledge of content trends across Instagram & Facebook. Nice-to-Have Skills: • Hands-on experience in editing short-form video content. • Understanding of DTC/e-commerce consumer psychology. • Prior experience working with influencers or UGC creators. • Knowledge of creative testing frameworks like Hook vs Angle vs CTA testing. KPIs for Success • Increase in creative success rate (percentage of winning ads). • Consistent delivery of new, testable creatives each week. • Improved thumb-stop ratio & CTR across campaigns. • Positive contribution to overall ROAS and scaling performance.
