About CognitiveBotics: CognitiveBotics Technologies Private Limited is an AI-powered digital therapeutics and eLearning platform designed to support early intervention for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other neurodivergent conditions. By leveraging advanced AI capabilities, we provide personalized, adaptive learning pathways that help children acquire cognitive, social, emotional, and communication skills. Currently in the pre-revenue stage with a validated product and early pilots, CognitiveBotics is now embarking on its commercialization journey in India and select global markets. Roles and Responsibilities: Design and animate high-quality 2D assets for games, activities, and interactive content tailored to neurodiverse children. Maintain and refine a consistent visual style guide, ensuring adaptability for future projects. Translate requirements from therapists and product teams into engaging illustrations and smooth animations. Prepare files to be animation-ready with proper grouping, layering, and optimized formats. Optimize assets and animations for performance, file size, and responsiveness across devices (mobile, tablet, desktop). Export deliverables in multiple formats (WebP, SVG, AI, Lottie JSON, etc.). Support additional graphics work such as UI elements, icons, and promotional visuals. Collaborate proactively with designers, animators, developers, and child development specialists. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines while adapting to feedback. Skills & Tools:  Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, CorelDraw, and Procreate. Strong understanding of responsive and performance-optimized design/animation. Ability to create both simple and complex character animations. Knowledge of Lottie workflows; Rive proficiency is a plus.
